1. Replacement Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to assist.

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.
• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
• Replacement delivery will occur within 5–7 working days.

2. How to Request a Replacement

Package the Product

Repack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during return transit.

Return Instructions

Our team will guide you through the return process.

If the issue is the result of our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Medicines and consumables (unless received damaged or defective)
• Items marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

• Product not delivered
• Product out of stock after your order is placed

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days upon approval.

5. Additional Terms

• Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
• All disputes subject to Dwarka Courts, New Delhi jurisdiction only.
