• All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing, discontinue products, or introduce new offers at any time without prior notice.
• Secure online payments are accepted via debit/credit card, UPI, and net banking. We do not store your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines vary by location and are subject to third-party courier services.
• Dr. Tomar’s Wellness™ is not responsible for delays due to logistics partners, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

• Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
